This page explains how to place your order online, as well as how and
when we will confirm and ship it. If your questions about ordering
are not fully answered, please contact us

online, or you may mail us a check or money order.

then follow
these
easy steps to order from our current offerings:
- In any of our online
order forms,
click the check box (or select a quantity in the pulldown menu) to the
left of each item you wish to purchase.
- Click any "Add to Your Shopping Cart" icon on the same page to
add each selected item on that page to your shopping cart.
- When the first item is added to your shopping cart, you will be
asked to select a shipping method. Choose one of the options as
explained in the instructions on that page (the shipping method can be
changed later, if you like).
- Your shopping cart contents will be displayed. You
may change quantities (subject to availability) or remove items.
- To add other items to your order, click the "Continue Shopping"
icon near the bottom of the Shopping Cart screen, then repeat steps 1
and 2.
- When the items and quantities in your shopping cart have been
finalized, click the "Check Out Now" icon near the bottom of the
Shopping Cart screen.
- You will be asked to indicate your location so that sales tax, if
any, can be calculated. In most cases no sales tax is applicable.
- Select a checkout option (see the 2nd question below), then
provide the necessary shipping and payment information.
Ordering FAQ
Q. I'd like to order more than one of an item listed, but there's no
place to enter the quantity on the order form. How can I do it?
- Load the item into the shopping cart, as described above, then
adjust the quantity in the shopping cart interface. All items are
subject to availability, of course. We normally have multiples of book
and supply items, as well as most
state quarters, silver eagles, proof sets and mint sets. Only one each
of most other items listed is available.
Q. I'm ready to place my order and see that there are five Checkout
options. Which one should I use?
Choose among the five checkout options
depending on how you wish to pay for your order and whether or not
you've ordered from us previously. To pay through PayPal or
Google Checkout, click the corresponding button. Otherwise:
- If you've ordered from us previously, use the "Repeat Customer
Express Checkout" option to complete your order by entering only your
name, e-mail address and method of payment. (If your address has
changed or you'd like
the order charged to a credit card that you haven't used with us
previously, please use another checkout option.) Customer info is
stored in encrypted form
with strict physical and network security safeguards.
- Use "Credit Card - Secure Online Order" on the secure server to
safely provide credit card account info online. Checkout is handled by
a secure web server. Your credit card
number
and other personal info are encrypted for safe transmission.
- Use the third option to pay by check or money. We will
confirm your order by e-mail, usually within 24 hours. Your payment
should be
sent
within 48 hours of confirmation, unless other arrangements have
been made in advance.
Q. Which credit cards do you accept?
We are able to process Visa and
MasterCard transactions directly. You may charge orders to your
Discover or American Express card by paying through PayPal or Google
Checkout.
Q. I'd rather not enter my credit card info online. Can I provide it
over the phone?
While our online ordering system uses
state of the art security measures to protect sensitive info, we would
be happy to receive your info over the phone. Please call 303-681-2261
between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Eastern time Monday through Friday
(never give credit card info to anyone over the phone unless you
initiate the call).
Q. I'd like to pay for my order by mailing a check or money order.
Where do I send it?
We request that you place your order
online or over the phone before sending your payment. Because limited
quantities of most items are available (in many cases just one each),
we need to know your selections so we can reserve them for you while
your payment is in transit. After receiving our confirmation, please

Q. How are orders shipped, and how long will it take until I receive
mine?
- We ordinarily ship by U.S. mail. Orders charged to a credit card
or paid through PayPal or Google Checkout are normally
mailed the first or second business day (including Saturdays) after
they're placed. Payment by money order or cashier's check normally gets
merchandise shipped the first business day after receipt. We may allow
5-7 business days for personal checks to clear.

- Priority mail is normally delivered in 2-3 business days. Other
types of mail may take a week or more to be delivered. International
orders are shipped by air mail and are
often delivered in 10 days or less.
Q. Is it possible for my order to be shipped to an address that is
not my credit
card
billing address?
- If you'd like to have merchandise sent somewhere other than
the billing address for the credit card, please Contact
Us before placing your order.
Q. I'm looking for some coins that aren't listed on your web site.
Do you accept want lists?
- Absolutely! Please feel free to e-mail your want list at any time
using the form on our contact page. Be sure
to indicate the range of grades and/or prices that are acceptable.
Q. I'm under the age of 18. Can I still place an
order?
- Orders from young collectors are welcome. If you're under the age
of 18, you must get permission
from a parent or legal guardian before
placing your order. Make sure he or she is willing and able to pay for
the amount of your purchase when your e-mail confirmation message
arrives.
