Telesphere Numismatics has long been an advocate of protecting personal privacy online and has adopted the following policy:

Telesphere Numismatics does not request or attempt to determine the identity of visitors to this web site, except for order fulfillment.
Your orders may be placed via a secure web server, which ensures that personal information (including credit card account info) is transmitted safely in encrypted form.
Credit card account info is stored in encrypted form. Access is limited to authorized personnel solely for the purpose of order processing and credits.
Telesphere Numismatics does not rent or sell any information about individual customers with anyone else under any circumstance. We do not share customer information with anyone else, with the following exceptions:
1) we subscribe to an independently operated shopping cart service, which maintains a record of each order in its database. We have selected a service which has a comparable privacy policy.
2) occasionally, when books or supplies are out of stock, we may ask one of our suppliers to ship the merchandise to you directly. The minimum information necessary (i.e. customer name, mailing address and merchandise ordered) is forwarded for order fulfillment.
3) as required by law.
Our mailing list is strictly opt in only. Your address will not be added unless you choose to subscribe. Any other e-mail messages sent will be individual responses to your orders, want lists requests or other communications. Subscriber addresses and other info are never sold or otherwise made available outside our company.
We never make unsolicited promotional telephone calls. In general, we will not call unless we need to contact you and attempts to reach you by e-mail appear to have failed.
We do not send "cookies" to your browser or attempt to acquire information about other web sites you're visiting. The shopping cart service may send cookies but is fully functional even if your browser does not accept them.
