Dansco makes an extensive line of high
quality coin albums with the
brown simulated leather binder and gold colored lettering familiar to
coin collectors. Two solid metal screw-type posts secure the album
pages to the binder. The posts can be opened to remove, replace or add
pages. Clear acetate
slides cover the obverse and reverse of each coin to keep it firmly in
place and to enable easy viewing of both sides.
Dansco albums are made in the U.S.A. Each album may be ordered with or
without an accompanying archival quality slipcase lined with a 2 mm
thick layer of Silver-Guard anti-corrosion material. The slipcase
covers every side of your album except the labeled spine, and the
Silver-Guard
material protects your coins from color changes caused by reactions
with corrosive gases present
in trace amounts in the atmosphere. We recommend the slipcase for
uncirculated, proof and higher value circulated coins.
