We are featuring Intercept Shield boxes for 2 x 2 holders and slabs. Each box is lined is lined with a material, developed by Lucent Technologies, that protects gold, silver, copper, brass, bronze and nickel coins from environmental damage. The Intercept Shield material permanently neutralizes corrosive gases in the air before they can react with coin metal.

Intercept Shield coin albums and individual coin holders with inserts containing the Intercept Shield material are also available at 20-25% or more below their suggested retail prices.

We also offer plastic boxes (without the Intercept Shield material) made specifically for PCGS and NGC slabs.

Intercept Shield Double Protection Slab Box. Slabs are not airtight. The Intercept Shield "Double Protection Box System" protects coins encapsulated by third party grading services from corrosive gases. Each box includes ten holders for individual slabs with plastic windows at the coin and label areas. Both the holder and the box itself are lined with Intercept Shield material. Holds 10 PCGS, NGC and most other grading service slabs.

Intercept Shield has re-designed this product, which now holds all styles of U.S. proof sets including their outer paperboard containers.  Each box holds approximately 38 single case proof sets.  Also suitable for original Mint-issued plastic cases containing 1971-74 proof Eisenhower dollars, 2004-06 Westward Journey nickel sets and other similar size objects.
